  • What happens if the candidate doesn’t work out during probation period?

    We are proud of our incredible success rate of 100% of candidates passing the probation period, and 50% have been promoted (or have increased responsibilities) within their first 12 months. 



    However, in the unlikely scenario of a candidate not working out,  we will replace it for free.
